Vancouver, British Columbia – September 25, 2020 – East Africa Metals Inc. (TSX-V: EAM – “East Africa” or the “Company”) provides update on the status of the filing of its financial statements and accompanying management’s discussion and analysis for the six months ended June 30, 2020 (the “Q2 Filings”), which were required to be filed by the scheduled due date of August 31, 2020, as required by National Instrument 51-102.
